In a beautiful location, within walking distance from the picturesque village of Moniga, you will find Casa Yolanda. This typical Italian detached villa is in a beautifully landscaped garden with its own pool. Casa Yolanda contains five apartments: four on the ground floor, and one penthouse.

Of course, guests of Casa Yolanda are welcome to use the facilities of Residence Riai, such as the beauty center, the indoor pool and the other swimming pools.

In the winter of 2018/2019 Casa Yolanda has been completely renovated and equipped with new furniture, beds, decoration and lighting.

You can order fresh rolls daily from Bar Roberto at Residence Riai. You can also enjoy a delicious espresso or a refreshing (alcoholic) drink.

The guests of Casa Yolanda have a shared garden with a beautiful swimming pool.
Our beauticians will be happy to advise you on our wellness facilities, of which we have plenty. They include a sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, heated indoor swimming pool with jet stream, massages, clay treatments, relaxing with aromatic oils, et cetera.

Your dog is welcome in Casa Yolanda throughout the year. For a small fee, you can bring your dog.
Please note: Guard dogs are not welcome, dogs should be kept on a lead and walked outside the park.
As a guest of Casa Yolanda you have free passage to the beach on weekdays through the adjacent campsite Sereno. So you are already on Lake Garda within 5 minutes!
