Casa Yolanda is a detached villa divided into 5 apartments, of which 4 on the first floor (numbers 1,3,4,5), each on a corner, and 1 apartment on the second floor (number 2).

Interior features

Number 3: 2-4 person apartment (ground floor): living room with double sofa-bed and kitchen, bedroom with twin-beds, bathroom with shower, lavatory, bidet and solid washbasin. There is a shared garage beneath the house.

Number 1: Interior features 4-5 person apartment (ground floor): Identical to number 3, with extra bedroom and bathroom in the souterrain (through garage). Maximum of 5 persons.

Number 4 and 5: Interior features 6 person apartments (ground floor): living room with kitchen, bedroom with twin-beds, bathroom with shower, bidet and solid washbasin. Through a staircase the souterrain can be reached where you can find 2 double bedrooms with an extra bathroom (shower, lavatory, bidet, solid washbasin).

Number 2: Interior features 4-6 person apartment (first floor): Balcony at front and back, spacious living room with sofa-bed for 2 persons and kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom with twin-beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bath, lavatory, bidet and solid washbasin. There is a carport for the car.

All apartments have satellite television and central heating.

There is one private outdoor swimming pool (14x7m) with paddling pool and meadow with chairs. A bar, restaurant, pizzeria, and store are nearby. Distance to Residence Riai: 100m and to camping site Sereno: 300m (here you can access the lake). Small dogs are allowed in the early and late season (€ 3,- per night).
