There are 8 villettas in a beautiful shadowy garden, situated around a pool. Each has its own garage underneath the house. Villettas 1 to 4 border eachother; villettas 5 and 6 are duplex, just as villettas 6 and 7. Each villetta has 2 double bedrooms; one twin-bedded room and one with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, lavatory, bidet and solid washbasin, a living room with sofa-bed and a completely furnished kitchen block with dishwasher and microwave. The villettas are all first floor with a walkthrough to the private terrace.
