Residence Riai is known and famous for its special panoramic view over Lake Garda. The Residence encloses several apartments, each suitable for 2-4 and 4-6 persons, Riai-Villetta (4-6 pers.) and also several “Riai de Luxe” apartments, suitable for max. 8 persons. The description 2-4 and 4-6 persons indicates that the fourth or the sixth bed is a trundle or a bunk. In all apartments privacy is guaranteed and you will find more than sufficient comfort. The outside is separated by a sliding-door of glass, through which you go up the covered terrace or balcony. A shadowy spot during siesta is very pleasant.

The Residence is within half a kilometre of the village Moniga del Garda. A small supermarket for the daily errands and a pizzeria are directly next to the park. As guest of the Residence you have free passage across Campsite Sereno to the beach (dogs have no free passage).

Dogs are not allowed from 3 July until 28 August 2010. Outside this period only small dogs are allowed on payment of € 3.- a night (please read the regulations concerning dogs).

The Residence is closed in the months November, December, January and February.

Colourful place under the sun

The white plastered apartments with their red tile-roofs harmonize in a southern way in the green park-like gardens surrounding them. On walking distance the blue waves ripple against the beach. Through Camping site Sereno, situated somewhat lower than Riai, you are at the beach in five minutes. You can also experience plenty of water pleasure in one of the four swimming pools, with extra paddling-pool, on the ground of Residence Riai. Furthermore, the park has tennis courts, table-tennis tables, playgrounds and a pleasant bar where they serve the perfect cappuccino.
