WIFI

Thanks to the wireless network available at Residence Riai, it is possible for you to use the internet. This can be done wireless with your laptop from your own apartment, as well as with one of the computers that are available in the computer room beneath the reception. To get access to our network you will have to buy a code.
This code can be bought in the form of a time limit, that you can use during your stay at Riai, or in the form of an expiry date.
The costs are as following:

Time limit 10 min. € 1,- 20 min. € 2,- 30 min. € 3,- 45 min. € 4,- 1 hour € 5,- 2 hours € 10,- 5 hours € 20,- 10 hours € 30,-

Expiry date 1 day € 10,- 1 week € 30,- 2 weeks € 50,- 1 month € 75,-

WELCOME PACKET

While making your reservations it is possible to indicate whether you wish a welcome packet or not. This welcome packet consists of:
- made beds on your arrival
- wine, water and beer in the refrigerator.
The costs are (once-only):
- for the rooms: € 15,-
- for 4 person apartments and casa VALERIA: € 20,-
- for 5 or 6 person apartments: € 30,-
- for 8 person appartments: € 45,-
- for Villa TARENZI: € 75,-
The welcome packet is not available for Sereno or S.Giorgio.

SHEET PACKET

A sheet packet costs € 6,- per person per week (at S.Giorgio: € 7,-) and consists of: top sheet, under sheet and pillowcase. The blankets and pillows belong to the inventory. The sheet packet is part of the obligated additional costs.
Every Saturday there is an exchange of linen; you can lay your used sheets outside the door and during the morning these will be exchanged for clean ones.

HEATING

All apartments and houses (except villa Tarenzi) can be warmed. The costs are:
4 person apartments: € 5,- per day
6-8 person apartments: € 8,- per day
Casa Fontana: € 10,- per day
The heating you can arrange at the reception on the spot.
The caution money amounts to € 50,- per week.

PARKING

The Riai de Luxe houses and the villettas have their own garage. The remaining apartments have a numbered, covered parking bay. The number corresponds with your apartment number. The entrance gate of Residence Riai is closed from 23h at night till 7 o’clock in the morning. You can always drive from inside to the outside by driving as close to the gate as possible. Would you, however, drive from outside to the inside, you will need a pass. This pass is obtainable from the reception, for a bail of € 20,- (Bail remote control Riai de Luxe is € 50,-). The pedestrian gate is always accessible.
At S.Giorgio is this system of pass/barrier also introduced. The passes are obtainable from the reception of S.Giorgio.
At Sereno it is absolutely not possible to enter the terrain by car after 23h at night. There the barrier is opened again from 6 o’clock in the morning.

LIBRARY

Riai is in possession of a number of books that you can lend for free at the library space, beneath the reception. Also the Italsol guests of Sereno and S.Giorgio are welcome here.

REAL RELAX

In the beauty centre of Residence Riai you can let the beauty experts spoil you with among other things massages, facial- and/or body treatments, pedicure, manicure and depilate against attractive prices

BUOY RENT

Via Italsol NL or directly at the reception of Riai, it is possible to rent a buoy for your boat in the port of Moniga. Tariff (prices 2010):
- € 10,- per day without service
- € 15,- per day including service
Service = parking bay for your car and trailer, and there and back taking service to the buoy.
For reservation we request you to send a written order with statement of your choice (with/without service) and the period in which you want to rent the buoy.

OPERA VERONA

It is possible to reserve a place in the arena of Verona already via Italsol. However, you can only book the places including bus trip there and back. If you would like to go to Verona by car, you can book the places at www.arena.it.

SAFE DEPOSIT RENT

At the reception of Riai you can rent a safe deposit for € 1,- per day.
Bail key: € 20,-

BARBECUE

At Riai it is possible to barbecue on the general barbecues or on your own barbecue. However, to barbecue at your terrace or balcony is not permitted.
