Casa Valeria is suitable for max 2-3 persons.

Half a unique located villa right next to lake Garda, with own yard, carport, small beach and a spectacular view on the lake. The other half of the villa is in use by the owner. Due to the stairs in the yard leading to the beach, this bungalow is not suitable for families with little children. The bungalow consists of a sitting room with 1 pull out sofa-bed, a bedroom with twin-beds, a bathroom with bath, bidet, lavatory and washbasin, a fully furnished kitchen and big swing doors to the terrace. The distance to camping site Sereno is 300 meters and to the village is 1 km. Only small dogs are allowed.
